This pretty much says it all. This is my last month to make a difference before my vacation, and I know that if I do not get busy now. I will regret it every morning that I wake up during my trip. So, here is to a big commitment and hard work! =) I can do it.
Goals for July:
- Eating no more than1200 calories MAX.
- Exercise EVERYDAY, no excuses.
- Complete 90 squats and 90 crunches EVERYDAY.
- Go on at least a walk EVERYDAY
- Jog/run at least 3 times per-week.
- Keep my motivation
- Make the best effort I can each and every day.
