This pretty much says it all. This is my last month to make a difference before my vacation, and I know that if I do not get busy now. I will regret it every  morning that I wake up during my trip. So, here is to a big commitment and hard work! =) I can do it. 
Goals for July:
Eating no more than1200 calories MAX.
Exercise EVERYDAY, no excuses.
Complete 90 squats and 90 crunches EVERYDAY.
Go on at least a walk EVERYDAY
Jog/run at least 3 times per-week.
Keep my motivation
Make the best effort I can each and every day.

I am a sophomore at the University of Northern Colorado. For years, and years, and years, I have struggled with weight loss and have fought to life the healthy fit life that I have always dreamed of. So, this is me, starting, me beginning my journey to weight loss, and a healthier me!
