This morning my little sisters said they wanted pancakes for breakfast… so, knowing that my grandma’s old recipe is not the healthiest of repasts, I decided to look up a whole wheat and banana recipe! =) It came out pretty fantastic!

Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes
1 large overripe banana 
 1 Tbs of Cornstarch (in place of eggs, because we were out)
 ½ cup (4oz) skim milk
 ½ tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp baking soda
 ½ tsp ground nutmeg
 ¾ cup (90g) whole wheat flour
Aprox. Nutritional Information-servings: 8-9 (Amt per-serving: 1 pancake)-Calories: 60 Fat: 1g Fiber: 2g Sugar: 3g Carbs: 12g Protein: 3g
