There is a moment when you finally love working out. I never felt this until recently, I started running and exercising and adding more new and exciting adventures my workout. Now, I have finally started to crave exercise and finally want to get fit the right way.
Here lately, I have cheated bad… really bad… I ate carbs upon carbs upon sugars and more sugars! Oh, and did I mention, lots of calories?! I gained about two pounds back, and it made me feel pretty bad… specifically because my vacation, isn’t too far away! I only have about 3 weeks until I leave, so, that gives me three weeks to feel good in my skin, and have the confidence I need to have a good time on this trip! So, here I go, I am going to work hard, and get in shape… and do what I need to to lose this weight!
Don’t give up!

This pretty much says it all. This is my last month to make a difference before my vacation, and I know that if I do not get busy now. I will regret it every morning that I wake up during my trip. So, here is to a big commitment and hard work! =) I can do it.

This morning my little sisters said they wanted pancakes for breakfast… so, knowing that my grandma’s old recipe is not the healthiest of repasts, I decided to look up a whole wheat and banana recipe! =) It came out pretty fantastic!

Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes
I worked out pretty well yesterday! I am down a pound… and I know I need to keep going but I do not feel like working out today! So, I saw this picture today, and I am using it as some of my motivation!

Tonight after having a very healthy dinner, my mom and I went for frozen yogurt and then a walk/jog… after every lap I would jog then sprint some… Then, the VERY last lap I sprinted as hard and as fast as I could … and I just felt great. Haha, It was like pretending I was a sprinter! Kinda silly, but it was fun momentary motivation! =) Now, I just have to keep doing this!

I am seriously addicted to junk food, one of my all time favorites is Chipotle. So, for dinner I wanted some Chipotle… and, I decided to find a website that would give me a few pointers on how to eat healthily at Chipotle.

Eating Out & Eating Healthy
Well, I cheated yesterday. =/ See, I work at a fast food restaurant and when I get hungry temptation is unreal! SO, I caved and consumed mozzerlla sticks annnd ice cream annnd soda! I was sooo angry at myself for not watching more closely what I had ate…. but, when I woke up and weight myself (I weigh daily, because I like to know how I did the day before… I have heard mixed reviews on if it is better to weigh daily or weekly) I had actually still lost 1lb!!!! =) I am sure it was beginners luck, but I took it as a sign to…
Stay Strong, Beautiful!

As my first post, I will just kind of tell just a few things that may need to be known about me and why I created this blog. =)
I will start by saying I am a sophomore at the University of Northern Colorado. This photo is on my very last day of my freshmen year. Yes, I look a bit dreadful, due to all the tears of saying goodbye and what not, but it does well to show my body. This dress really accents all the areas that I want to loose weight from. Seeing as the main point of this blog is weight loss, that is what I will be focusing on. However, I am sure I will throw in other fun topics and posts as well.
I am thinking that I will most likely do a post a couple times a week, just saying how much I have lost for the week, how the week is going, and how I feel about my overall health for the time being. But, I may throw in a few extra posts just to show some of my new finds in exercise, or even good-healthy snacks, or maybe fun stuff that is going on! =)
I know that this is a long time process that requires a lot of hard work, but I can do it! =)
You will never reach your goal until you start to take action, any action.
